Intermediate QA

We are looking for an Intermediate QA Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our web applications. In this role, you will work closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, design and execute test scenarios, identify defects, and ensure that features are delivered to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in functional and regression testing, a good understanding of web technologies, and a proactive approach to identifying potential issues. You will also contribute to improving our testing processes, maintaining test documentation, and supporting continuous improvements across the development lifecycle.

• Understand business and technical requirements and identify testing requirements.
• Create detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
• Test web applications across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
• Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps and supporting details.
• Work closely with developers to investigate, reproduce, and resolve issues.
• Perform API testing and basic database validation where required.
• Conduct regression testing after bug fixes and new feature releases.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Maintain accurate QA documentation and ensure adequate test coverage.
• Proactively identify potential risks, edge cases, and usability issues before release.
• Support release testing and QA sign-off.
• Contribute ideas to improve QA processes, testing standards, and overall product quality.
• Take ownership of assigned QA tasks and ensure they are completed within project timelines.
