Project Manager

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our remote Delivery team and play a key role in planning, coordinating, and delivering software and compliance projects for our clients. 

You'll work closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and Compliance teams to turn client requirements into well-scoped, on-time deliverables. Beyond tracking timelines, you'll manage stakeholder communication, identify and mitigate risks, and help shape how our teams plan and execute work. 

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on organization, communicates clearly across technical and non-technical audiences, and takes ownership of project outcomes from kickoff to delivery. 

• Plan, scope, and manage software and compliance projects from initiation through delivery. 
• Define project timelines, milestones, and resource plans, and track progress against them. 
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal delivery teams. 
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies. 
• Identify project risks and dependencies early, and drive mitigation plans. 
• Coordinate across Engineering, Design, QA, and Compliance to keep deliverables aligned and on schedule. 
• Manage project budgets, scope changes, and resourcing conversations with stakeholders. 
• Maintain clear project documentation, status reports, and roadmaps. 
• Escalate blockers proactively and drive resolution with the right stakeholders. 
• Support onboarding of new projects and clients, including scoping and estimation. 
• Continuously improve internal delivery processes and project management practices.
