These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction — save that where you deal with a group entity outside India, the governing law and jurisdiction stated in that entity's own terms apply. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence are unaffected.

We may amend these terms. The version published here is the one in force, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.
